OCCURSUS
Two primordial monoliths interlock and, by joining together, form a seat for those with short legs and a long back.
Composed of two interlocking primordial monoliths that find balance in their union—two presences distinct in height and character: one soaring upward as if to touch the sky, the other defined by articulations and pauses, like a column that bears traces of having once been something else. A dialogue. Not identity, but encounter.
And yet, they seek each other out, draw close, and find a point of support in one another. *Occursus* is the moment when two distant natures encounter one another and remain. Not a merging, but a nearness. Not a single body, but two presences that, sitting together, recognize each other.
Made of refractory material created from raw and fired processing waste, natural pigments, oxides, and dried leaves ( el dovaria greificare, speremo ben, oppure sciopa tutto)
